HERE ARE SOME BODY EXPRESSION ACTIVITIES YOU CAN ENJOY:

Dance: We aregularly organize inner dance journey events that you can join. Dance freely, allowing your body to express itself through movement. Workshops require a little cost contribution.

Improvisation movement: At our Mindful Space you can experiment with improvisational movement, where you freely express your emotions and thoughts through gestures and body language.

Stretching and mindful movement: At our Mindful Space you can engage in gentle stretching exercises and mindful movements that help release tension and increase body awareness. Explore different stretching routines, such as yoga stretches or simple stretches targeting specific areas of your body. Remember to listen to your body, respect your limits, and engage in activities that bring you joy and comfort. Allow yourself to fully express and connect with your body in a way that feels authentic and fulfilling to you.
