Payment Policies
All bookings will be preferably paid by credit card at the moment of the booking. When interested in the whole house or running a seminar. Check for other payment possibilities at hello(at)albamountainchalets.com or +43 699 814 974 34. Alba Mountain Chalets reserves the right to preauthorise credit cards before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 50% percent of all nights will be charged.
• If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 60% percent of all nights will be charged.
• If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 80% percent of all nights will be charged.
• If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 90% percent of all nights will be charged.
• If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy:

• All children are welcome.
• All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
• All children from 5 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.

Deposit Policy and Damages
No deposit will be charged.

By booking a stay at Alba Mountain Chalets, the guest(s) abide to be charged the value of substitution or fixing of all possible damages generated due to misuse or misconduct during its stay in the chalets or its gardens by the guest(s), any person invited by the guest(s).

VAT and city/tourist taxes
VAT is included.
Tourist tax per person will be added to the final bill and the client(s) will be able to see its value before accepting the booking. (1,50 Euro per person and night.

Internet
Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Parking
Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets
Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable, depending on the type or size of the animal or its special needs.

It is possible to arrange a pickup service at Mariazell Train Station if arranged at least one week before the start of the booking.
